ChandEx Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the ChandEx application, hereinafter referred to as the “Application,” handles information in connection with its use. The Application is an information-display tool for monitoring prices and market indicators, including foreign currencies, gold, coins, cryptocurrencies, and other supported financial symbols. It also provides search, charts, a watchlist kept on the device, and an Online Gold view that compares publicly listed digital-gold prices and includes a calculator. The Application does not offer user accounts, trading, payments, wallets, or custody of assets. This Policy is written for users of the Application and for distribution platforms, including Google Play. It should be read together with the ChandEx Terms and Conditions of Use. By installing or using the Application, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree with it, discontinue use of the Application. The developer responsible for the Application is the person or entity named as the developer on the Google Play listing for ChandEx, and can be contacted at chandex.app@gmail.com.

Article 1 – Definitions

1.1. Application: The ChandEx software, including its mobile version, related services, and updates.

1.2. Developer: The natural or legal person responsible for designing, developing, operating, or publishing the Application, as identified in the relevant app-store listing.

1.3. User: Any person who installs, accesses, or uses the Application.

1.4. Personal information: Information that identifies a particular person, or can reasonably be linked to a particular person, such as a name, email address, phone number, national identifier, precise location, or a persistent device or advertising identifier used to recognize that person.

1.5. Scope: This Policy applies to the Application and to the official ChandEx website on which it is published. It does not govern third-party websites, stores, or services that you open from a link in the Application.

Article 2 – Summary

2.1. The Application does not require registration and does not create user accounts.

2.2. The Developer does not ask for, and does not collect, personal information.

2.3. The Developer does not sell, rent, share, or use personal information for advertising, analytics, profiling, or credit decisions, because no such information is collected.

2.4. Choices such as a watchlist, in-app search, chart settings, and calculator inputs stay on your device. They are not sent to the Developer as a user profile.

2.5. The Application displays public market information. It does not receive or process your payments, bank details, wallet keys, or identity documents.

Article 3 – Information the Developer does not collect

3.1. The Developer does not collect: a) name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, national identification number, or account credentials; b) user IDs, passwords, or profile information; c) payment information, bank-account details, card numbers, wallet addresses, private keys, purchase history, or other financial-account data; d) precise or approximate location; e) contacts, SMS or call logs, calendar entries, photos, videos, audio, or personal files stored on the device; f) advertising identifiers, Android ID, or other persistent device identifiers used for tracking; g) crash logs, diagnostics, analytics events, or performance data tied to you or your device; h) browsing history outside the Application, or a list of other apps installed on your device; or i) information about children.

3.2. The current version of the Application does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting tools that collect personal information on the Developer’s behalf.

3.3. Because no account exists, the Developer cannot identify you as a particular user of the Application.

Article 4 – Information that stays on your device

4.1. So that the Application can work without an account, it may store the following only on your device: a) symbols you choose to follow; b) display preferences, such as a chart range; c) amounts you type into the Online Gold calculator so the Application can convert a budget into milligrams; and d) other settings needed to present the interface.

4.2. This information is not an account record. It is not uploaded to the Developer, is not combined with an identity, and is not used for advertising.

4.3. You can remove it by changing your selections in the Application, by clearing the Application’s local data in your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application. The Developer has no separate copy to delete.

Article 5 – Market information and network requests

5.1. The Application retrieves public pricing data, such as rates, charts, percentage changes, and third-party digital-gold prices, in order to display that information.

5.2. Those requests concern market data, not your identity. They are not linked to an account, name, or device profile maintained by the Developer.

5.3. Delivering a response over the internet can involve ordinary technical connection data, such as an IP address, being processed momentarily by network or hosting infrastructure. The Developer does not use that data to identify you, build a profile, measure advertising, or retain a user record.

5.4. Pricing data may come from public or specialized sources. Those sources receive a request for market data. They do not receive your watchlist, calculator entries, or personal information from the Developer, because the Developer does not hold that information.

5.5. Where the Application communicates with its own services, it uses encrypted connections such as HTTPS.

Article 6 – Online Gold and outbound links

6.1. Online Gold shows publicly listed prices from digital-gold providers, a market average, and a calculator that runs on your device. The budget you enter is not submitted to the Developer as personal information.

6.2. A buy path, if shown, opens the relevant provider’s own website or service. The Application does not complete the purchase, does not receive payment details, and does not share a user profile with that provider.

6.3. After you leave the Application, that provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply. The Developer is not responsible for that provider’s data practices.

Article 7 – How information is used

7.1. The Developer uses the Application to display public market information and to operate the features described in the Terms.

7.2. The Developer does not use personal information for marketing, personalized advertising, analytics, creditworthiness, or automated decisions about you, because no personal information is collected.

7.3. Local information described in Article 4 is used only on your device to show the symbols and calculations you requested.

Article 8 – Sharing

8.1. The Developer does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share personal information.

8.2. The Developer does not disclose personal information to data brokers, advertisers, analytics providers, or other third parties.

8.3. The Developer would disclose information only if it actually held that information and disclosure were required by applicable law, a court, or a competent authority. The current version of the Application does not hold personal information about users that could be produced in response to such a request.

8.4. If the Application or the Developer’s operations are transferred, this Policy will continue to describe how personal information is handled. No personal user database exists to be transferred.

Article 9 – Stores and platform providers

9.1. If you download the Application from Google Play, Cafe Bazaar, Myket, or another store, that store processes your store account and download activity under its own privacy policy. That processing is controlled by the store, not by the Developer. The Developer does not receive your store-account details through the Application.

9.2. Google’s privacy policy describes how Google Play handles information related to distribution of the Application. Cafe Bazaar and Myket describe their own practices in their respective policies.

9.3. The Developer does not use Google advertising services or an advertising identifier in the Application, and does not receive an advertising or analytics profile from those services.

Article 10 – Device permissions

10.1. The Application needs a network connection to load public market data.

10.2. The Application does not request access to your contacts, messages, phone state, camera, microphone, photos, location, calendar, or personal files in order to collect personal information.

10.3. The Developer does not use device permissions to track you across apps or websites.

Article 11 – Retention and deletion

11.1. The Developer does not retain personal information, because none is collected.

11.2. Information stored only on your device remains there until you change it, clear the Application’s local data, or uninstall the Application. The Developer cannot delete that local copy remotely, because it is not held by the Developer.

11.3. If you contact the Developer by email, the message you send — including your email address and the content of the message — is used only to respond to you. It is kept only for as long as needed to handle your request and any related record the Developer is required to keep. It is not added to a user profile inside the Application.

11.4. You may ask the Developer to delete correspondence you have sent by contacting chandex.app@gmail.com.

Article 12 – Security

12.1. The Developer applies reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to an application that does not maintain user accounts or a database of personal information.

12.2. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Because the Application does not collect personal information, the data that remains under your control is the local data on your device. You should obtain the Application only from an official store and keep your device software updated.

12.3. The Developer is not responsible for unofficial, modified, or compromised copies of the Application.

Article 13 – Children

13.1. The Application is a general-audience market information tool. It is not directed at children under 13 years of age, and it is not designed to encourage children to trade or invest.

13.2. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Application does not offer account creation through which a child could submit personal information.

13.3. If you believe a child has sent personal information to the Developer by email, contact chandex.app@gmail.com so that it can be deleted.

Article 14 – Your choices

14.1. You may stop using the Application at any time and uninstall it.

14.2. You may clear local Application data through your device settings.

14.3. Because there is no account, there is no in-app profile to export, correct, or delete on the Developer’s servers.

14.4. Where applicable law gives you a right of access, correction, deletion, or objection, you may contact chandex.app@gmail.com. If the Developer holds no personal information about you, the Developer will say so.

Article 15 – Changes to this Policy

15.1. The Developer may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Application, the law, or distribution requirements, including Google Play’s user-data requirements.

15.2. The date of the latest revision appears at the beginning of this Policy.

15.3. If a future version of the Application begins to collect personal information, this Policy will be updated before that collection, and the new practice will be described here. Material changes may also be noted through the Application or the official website.

15.4. Continued use of the Application after an updated Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of that Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Application.

Article 16 – Contact

16.1. Questions about this Policy may be sent to chandex.app@gmail.com.

16.2. Please include enough detail for the Developer to understand your request. Do not send passwords, card numbers, identity documents, or other sensitive information by email.
