These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Application. By installing, accessing, viewing information through, or otherwise using the Application, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. A user who does not agree with any part of these Terms must discontinue use of the Application.

Article 2 – Nature and Scope of the Service

2.1. The Application is an information-display tool that provides information concerning the prices and status of certain assets, including foreign currencies, gold, coins, digital assets, and other supported market indicators.

2.2. All information is provided solely for general informational purposes and must not be regarded as financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, commercial, or other professional advice.

2.3. The Application does not represent, warrant, or suggest that any asset is appropriate for purchase, sale, holding, investment, or any other financial decision.

2.4. The Application does not make decisions, place orders, execute transactions, settle payments, or manage assets on behalf of any user or third party.

2.5. Terms such as “price,” “rate,” “market,” “buy,” “sell,” “increase,” or “decrease” are used solely for descriptive and informational purposes and do not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to enter into a transaction.

Article 3 – No Trading or Financial Services

3.1. Neither the Application nor its Developer acts as a buyer, seller, currency exchange, broker, dealer, market maker, investment adviser, or transaction intermediary.

3.2. The Application does not currently provide facilities for purchasing, selling, converting, transferring, depositing, withdrawing, settling, holding, or managing user funds or assets.

3.3. No funds are received from or paid to users through the current version of the Application for the purchase or sale of any asset.

3.4. The Application does not create or manage bank accounts, digital wallets, trading accounts, or custodial accounts for users.

3.5. The Application is not a bank, financial institution, exchange, brokerage, or trading platform, and its use is not a substitute for services provided by appropriately authorized financial service providers.

3.6. Any future transaction-related service, if introduced, will be subject to separate terms, disclosures, technical requirements, and any licenses or authorizations required under applicable law.

Article 4 – Data Sources

4.1. Pricing Data may be obtained from one or more public or specialized sources, including market-information websites, API providers, databases, and third-party information services.

4.2. Data Sources may be changed, removed, suspended, or replaced for technical, contractual, commercial, or operational reasons.

4.3. The display of the name, trademark, or information of a Data Source does not imply any agency, partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, or official affiliation between that source and the Application unless expressly stated otherwise.

4.4. Ownership of and responsibility for third-party data and content remain subject to the rights and terms of the relevant third-party provider.

4.5. The Developer uses reasonable efforts to obtain information from sources considered reliable; however, the Developer cannot independently verify or guarantee all data received from such sources.

Article 5 – Processing and Display of Data

5.1. Data may be processed for technical and presentation purposes, including formatting, unit normalization, number conversion, rounding, sorting, temporary storage, caching, percentage-change calculations, chart generation, and display optimization.

5.2. Such processing is intended to facilitate the presentation of information. The Developer does not intentionally alter the nature or economic meaning of the data in a misleading manner.

5.3. The information displayed in the Application may differ from the information available from the original source or from prices available in the actual market due to technical, timing, or processing factors.

5.4. The time at which data is recorded, received, processed, or displayed may not correspond to the time at which a market transaction takes place.

5.5. Titles, symbols, currency units, decimal places, time intervals, and chart formats may be adjusted to improve usability.

The Developer makes no express or implied warranty regarding: a) the complete accuracy of the data; b) real-time or immediate updating; c) the completeness or absence of errors; d) the correspondence of a displayed price to an executable market price; e) the continued availability of any Data Source; f) uninterrupted or error-free operation; or g) the suitability of the information for any particular purpose.

6.3. Executable prices may differ from displayed prices due to transaction location, order size, supply and demand, fees, bid-ask spreads, liquidity, market conditions, and other factors.

6.4. Before making any financial decision, users should independently verify the relevant price, transaction terms, risks, and the identity and credibility of the counterparty.

Article 7 – Delays, Interruptions, and Discontinuation

7.1. Information may be displayed with a delay of several seconds, several minutes, or longer.

7.2. Delays or interruptions may result from internet outages, server failures, API restrictions, software errors, changes to a Data Source, maintenance, infrastructure issues, or other matters beyond the Developer’s reasonable control.

7.3. The Developer does not guarantee the continuous, permanent, or uninterrupted availability of the Application.
